HAV qRT-PCR

The HAVrealDETECT kit detects viral RNA of the hepatitis A virus by real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).

The kit is ready-to-use and contains a master mix and an Enyzm mix for the specific amplification of HAV RNA extracted from the sample material (serum or stool) according to known methods.
